1. DIAL UP SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(a) FEES
Each month's fee is due by the first of that month. Any accounts
sixteen (16) days past due will be charged a $3.00 late fee. Any accounts
thirty (30) days past due will be locked as of that time. Inland Internet
reserves the right to cancel any delinquent accounts without notice. The account
owner is responsible for entire month's fee plus any applicable late or cancellation fees.
YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT MONITORED FOR USAGE. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL, YOU MUST CALL US OR WE WILL
ASSUME YOU WISH TO CONTINUE SERVICE AND WILL BILL ACCORDINGLY.
(b) DIAL-UP ACCOUNTS
A Dial-up Account is limited to one user per account (Only one simultaneous login per
account.) Accounts are dynamically addressed. Running of Internet Servers including but
not limited to mail, news, web, muds, mushes, moos, etc. is prohibited on Dial-up
accounts.
We reserve the right to delete your email from our email server when your email exceeds
40megs for seven consecutive days.
We assume any email box over 40megs is not being accessed on a
regular basis and therefore all email will be deleted from your inbox
without notice.
Current allowable email box size is 20 megs. If you wish to increase this, there is a small monthly fee.
If you are not accessing your Inland Internet email because of too much spam in the past or present,
you may request our FREE Spam filtering to help make your email more viable.

(c) USAGE
Dial-up accounts are limited to (5)Megabytes of web space.
Unmetered attended access is allowed. Any illegal use of an account, connection, or server space may result in immediate disconnection of your service pending
investigation.
- Making multiple simultaneous connections using a standard dial-up account is
prohibited. An additional fee may be charged for misuse.
- Probing system resources and configurations for possible security holes, bugs, or
other malfunctions are prohibited.
- Giving, loaning or in any way permitting another person to use your account is
prohibited.
- Giving out your password to another person or entity is prohibited.
Inland Internet will not be responsible for any monetary or other losses
resulting from such disconnection.
(d) CAMPING
"Camping" on Inland Internet is prohibited. Camping is defined as maintaining an
open connection while not personally and actively using the account. Using automated bots,
e-mail checkers, pingers, etc to maintain "Camped" connections is prohibited.
Connections are subject to 10 hour session limits and one(1) hour idle timeouts.
(e) DATA STORAGE
Storage of unlicensed software is prohibited. Illegal or unauthorized access and/or use of
data on the network is prohibited.
(f) INFORMATION AND CONTENT
Inland Internet exercises no control over the Content of information passing through
Inland Internet. Inland Internet will not warrant the accuracy or confidentiality of any
information contained on Inland Internet. The users of Inland Internet are solely
responsible for the information contained in Inland Internet. Your use of Inland Internet
is conditional upon your agreement to indemnify Inland Internet for any action arising
from your use or transmittal of information or material deemed obscene, threatening, or
otherwise illegal, including improper use of copyrighted materials.
(g) RESALE
Inland Internet accounts and services are not open to resale. Any Inland Internet services
including but not limited to news, e-mail, irc, web pages, ftp site, etc., are for the
sole use of the subscriber and can not be loaned, borrowed, or sold to any other person or
entity.
(h) LIABILITY
Inland Internet is not responsible for damage due to the use of any information or
software obtained by or through the use of Inland Internet services. Any illegal use of
any software may result in legal action, pending investigation. Inland Internet will not
be responsible for any monetary or other losses resulting from the use of any information
or software obtained by or through the use of Inland Internet services.
(i) MINOR ACCOUNTS
Minors (under age 18) are not permitted to open Inland Internet accounts.
(j) HARRASSMENT
Harassing or violating the personal rights of Inland Internet subscribers, or
any other person or entity which may give rise to a civil cause of action, through
network resources is prohibited. Sending of unwanted e-mail, files, news, or other
contacts may constitute harassment. A subscriber should express the unwanted nature of any
communications in clear and direct language. If a subscriber continues to receive unwanted
communications, they may contact Inland Internet management for assistance. Harassing
communications originating outside Inland Internet should be forwarded to federal
authorities. Inland Internet has no control over activities outside our immediate system.
2. DISCLAIMER
IN NO EVENT SHALL INLAND INTERNET BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS
OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF AND/OR DAMAGE TO DATA, AND EQUIPMENT.
INLAND INTERNET RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE WITHOUT CAUSE, AND WITHOUT
RECOURSE.
Inland Internet reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without prior
notification. These terms and conditions reflect the entire agreement between Inland
Internet and the users of Inland Internet services and will supersede all prior oral and
written agreements and understandings. By continuing to use Inland Internet services, the
user agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the latest version of the
Terms and Conditions.
