Inland Internet. - Acceptable Use Policy

Data from any source which resides on or leaves or is transmitted by the

Inland Internet computer and enters any other network or computer by any

means, whether sent by a user such as by e-mail, or provided for and

requested by said other network or computer as in web page hosting,

1) shall not violate any laws, regulations, or restrictions of any kind

imposed by any political entity with jurisdiction over said other network or

computer,

2) shall not violate the personal rights of any person or entity giving rise

to a civil cause of action,

3) shall not be disruptive of the service provided by said other computer or

network, and

4) shall not violate any usage rules or policies imposed on the usage of

said other computer or network by the administrators thereof.

It is the responsibility of each subscriber to exercise such control and

discretion as is necessary to comply with the above and the undersigned

subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inland Internet, Inc. for

any damages caused by violation thereof.

Account-holders shall not utilize their access to Inland Internet's servers to obtain and/or utilize lists of Inland Internet's users' email addresses in mass e-mail. Such activity is a breach of the privacy of our users and shall be dealt with to the extent of the law.

Account-holders shall only log on to the service with one simultaneous connection unless other arrangements are specifically made with Inland Internet, Inc.

Usage is subject to 5 hour session limits and 20 minute idle timeouts. Account-holders shall not attempt to circumvent these limits. Account-holders shall not use cursing or abusive language in communications with Inland Internet employees.

VIOLATION of this acceptable use policy shall result in termination of the account-holder's account without refund of fees.


In addition, all users are subject to Netiquette, generally accepted standards of behavior on the Internet.
